Digital accessibility

What is digital accessibility?

Digital accessibility is about making website and mobile apps accessible and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. It allows everyone to use websites and online services easily, whatever their visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, or age-related needs.

Compliance

Our firm attaches great importance to digital accessibility and is committed to providing all users with an inclusive and adapted experience, whatever their capacities.

At present our website is not yet fully compliant with the relevant regulatory requirements on digital accessibility. A full accessibility audit, which is being conducted by a specialist firm, is under way. The results will allow us to accurately identify the corrections and improvements that need to be made.

Our approach to accessibility forms part of our continuous improvement process. We are well aware of the human, social, and regulatory significance of accessibility and are committed to progressively adopting recognised good practices, adapting our tools and content, and raising awareness among our team so we permanently step up our level of accessibility.

Regulatory framework

Our approach is consistent with Directive (EU) 2019/882, known as the European Accessibility Act, and its transposition in Luxembourg by means of the law of 8 March 2023, which sets minimum accessibility requirements for a series of products and services and came into effect on 28 June 2025.

Simplified information sheets

In collaboration with the ABBL (the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association) we have produced simplified sheets to explain the main banking products and services in B2 language,in line with the relevant recommendations. B2 corresponds to clear, straightforward language that can be readily understood by the general public.
