Xavier Bonna has been a Managing Partner of the Lombard Odier Group since 2025. In this role, he jointly manages the Private Clients Unit with Managing Partners Frédéric Rochat and Denis Pittet, and is also responsible for the Group’s Human Resources Unit. In this role, he continues to serve some of the Bank’s largest client families.
Xavier joined Lombard Odier in 2016 to oversee the Private Clients’ investment and portfolio management activity in Brussels, and in 2018 took over responsibility for all Private Clients activities of the Group in Belgium. In 2021, he returned to Geneva to assume the role of Senior Banker in the Grandes Familles team.

Prior to joining Lombard Odier, Xavier Bonna began his career at Merrill Lynch in 2007, before moving to Edmond de Rothschild in 2009, where he worked within the alternative management and private client teams. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva, and is a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM).
