Leadership transition for Lombard Odier’s activity in French-speaking Switzerland
Lombard Odier is pleased to announce the appointment of David Fournier as Head of French-speaking Switzerland for private banking activities (excluding Geneva), effective 1 January 2026. Based in Lausanne, he will lead the offices in Lausanne, Fribourg, Vevey and Verbier, succeeding Stéphane Pedraja, Capital Partner, as part of a long-standing transition plan. From January 2026, Stéphane will continue to play an active, client-facing role until early 2028, ensuring a smooth transition.

David Fournier brings over thirty years of experience in the private banking sector. Previously, he held several senior leadership positions at UBS, Piguet Galland and Credit Suisse in Valais, Lausanne, and Zurich. Before joining Lombard Odier, he served as Vice Chairman UBS Valais from 2023, Head of Wealth Management Valais at UBS from 2017 to 2023, and Director of Private Banking at Piguet Galland in Lausanne. His extensive and diverse experience spans banking, asset management, and investment advisory.
