Michael Strobaek is Partner, Global Chief Investment Officer (CIO), and Head of Investment Solutions at Lombard Odier, which he joined in 2023.
Michael has more than 25 years of experience in financial markets and investment management. Prior to joining Lombard Odier, he was Global CIO and Head of Investment Solutions and Sustainability at Credit Suisse, where he chaired the Investment Committee and oversaw the bank’s House View on the global economy, financial markets, and investment strategy. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Executive Officer, CIO, and Managing Partner of a Swiss family office, and held several senior investment leadership roles at UBS, including Head of Investment Management for UBS Wealth Management and Global Head of Investment Solutions.
He holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, and a CEMS Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cologne. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds a CEFA / AZEK diploma.
