Olivier Steimer joins Board of Directors of Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd
Lombard Odier is pleased to announce that Olivier Steimer, a well-known figure in the Swiss business and banking world, will join the Board of Directors of Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd as an independent member on 1 January 2018.
In a career spanning over 30 years, Mr Steimer has held key managerial roles in leading financial institutions. Currently Vice President of the Bank Council of the Swiss National Bank and a member of the Board of Directors of Chubb Limited and Allreal Holding, he has also served as a member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (until 31 December 2017).
From 1 January 2018, the Board of Directors of Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd will comprise Patrick Odier, Chairman, Anne-Marie de Weck, Vice-Chairman, Henry Peter, Enrico Vanni and Olivier Steimer.
Lombard Odier is delighted to welcome Olivier Steimer to the Board of Directors of its Swiss bank and looks forward to the wealth of expertise he will bring. The governing bodies of the other Group entities are unchanged.
