Lombard Odier named Private Bank of the Year

Lombard Odier was thrilled to be named ‘Private Bank of the Year (International)’ at the Spear’s Wealth Management Awards 2019.

The award recognises a bank with an “unmatched capability to serve clients with cross-border needs,” that has delivered outstanding service and performance over the year.

In making their decision, the judges considered factors including innovation, client feedback, changes in assets under management and staff retention. They said we have had an “impressive year” and that our technology is a platform “others should aspire to.”

Lombard Odier was thrilled to be named ‘Private Bank of the Year (International)’ at the Spear’s Wealth Management Awards 2019.

Spear’s is an influential wealth management and luxury lifestyle magazine for ultra-high net worth individuals and their advisors, previously described as “a European rival to Forbes” (the Evening Standard newspaper).

Lombard Odier beat off stiff competition to win the ‘Private Bank of the Year (International)’ title from three other shortlisted banks: Goldman Sachs, UBS and Nedbank Private Wealth.

The award was collected at a ceremony in London on 14 November by UK Market Head Duncan MacIntyre, accompanied by Senior Private Banker Oli Hart.
