business administration economics:

This is a generalist and multi-skilled programme offering a practical approach to applying theory in the workplace. We offer the opportunity of a four-year training programme in which 80% of your time will be spent in real-world experience at the bank and 20% on your studies at the Geneva University of Applied Sciences (Haute Ecole de Gestion – Geneva). While at the bank, your time will be split into four one-year placements in our support and cross-disciplinary functions, principally in front-office.

Our programme will give you an in-depth knowledge of business management, strong language skills, and the ability to apply new management and IT tools. You’ll also be able to choose the area in which you want to specialise towards the end of the programme.

On completion, your professional qualifications will have a strong “hands-on” focus. Having gained practical experience in applying the knowledge and techniques you have learnt, you will be ready to join one of our departments straight away.

All applicants will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep personal commitment, and a disciplined approach to work, creativity and adaptability. The recruitment period runs from December to March. Applications must be submitted via our job offers portal during this time. Individual interviews will then be conducted at the bank.
