John Woods is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Asia and Head of Investment Solutions Asia at Lombard Odier, which he joined in 2024. Based in Hong Kong, he is a voting member of the Lombard Odier Investment Committee, as well as a member of the Investment Solutions Management Committee.
With more than 25 years of experience across Asia-Pacific equity, fixed income, and currency markets, John specialises in asset allocation and management. Prior to joining Lombard Odier, he served as CIO Asia-Pacific at Credit Suisse and held senior leadership positions at Citi and HSBC.
John holds an MA in Asia-Pacific Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
