As bold visionaries, we helped shape the progress of these times by financing the railways and investing in technological expansion Advancement went hand-in-hand with our endeavors to make society a better, safer place by improving working conditions and increasing philanthropic efforts. Considered an enterprising banks of its time, famed writer Jules Verne immortalised our firm in his celebrated novel “From the Earth to the Moon.”
