Giving Together, Growing Together

Philanthropia 10th Anniversary Celebration

Wednesday, 26 September 2018 from 16:00

Palais de l’Athénée · Rue de l'Athénée 2 · 1205 Geneva

Fondation Philanthropia will be pleased to welcome you to its 10th Anniversary Celebration conference
followed by a cocktail.

welcome.

For seven generations, Lombard Odier has been a holistic partner to help clients achieve their goals. To provide an easily accessible pathway to bring philanthropic aspirations to fruition, Lombard Odier created Fondation Philanthropia in 2008.

The Foundation offers its donors a legal, financial and philanthropic framework for creating a bespoke project. It is an umbrella foundation active in every area of civic engagement, including art and culture, social action, the environment and medical research. Since its creation, the Foundation has donated more than CHF 60 million to over one hundred organisations.

On the occasion of Philanthropia’s tenth anniversary, we want to thank our donors for their commitment, and share some of the impact it has enabled. Join us to celebrate successes, reflect on milestones, and look ahead as we engage in the next decade of impact-driven philanthropy together.

Set in the wonderfully inspiring Palais de l’Athénée, the event will offer the opportunity to discuss how philanthropists, families and foundations can shape the future, and how an umbrella foundation can provide an effective and engaging platform to translate philanthropic aspirations into action.
