Professor Darroch is Dean of the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management. She is an authority on marketing strategy. Her research interests lie at the intersection of marketing and innovation. For the past decade, she has focused on innovations that creates markets and this led her to research markets and market segmentation. Author of three books including Marketing through Turbulent Times and Why Marketing to Women Doesn’t Work and over 30 research articles. Professor Darroch holds graduate degrees in marketing, economics, and international business and a PhD in Marketing, Knowledge Management and Innovation. Professor Darroch is an active consultant and member of the Drucker Executive Education practice, which develops customized learning experiences for clients.
