The program
You hold a university qualification (Masters level minimum), you are highly motivated, show personal initiative, have international experience, and are committed to your studies and practical training. You will preferably have some experience of the financial sector and a strong desire to build your career in banking, focusing on wealth management.
We can offer you an intensive two-year training program, consisting of four six-month internships in different key business areas of the Firm to suit your profile and career aspirations. With the support of your managers, you will be required to work on specific problems and projects related to the Firm’s development. Throughout the program you will receive targeted training. You may also spend time working in our offices outside Switzerland and have the opportunity to study for professional qualifications (CFA, CIWM, CAIA, Certificate in Compliance, etc.)
This program provides a unique opportunity for you to work with recognized professionals in their areas of expertise and build your career in wealth management. On completion of your training you will be assigned to the position which most closely matches your skills and aspirations.

Mentoring
Graduate employees are supported by a training specialist, the manager of each internship, and an assigned mentor who work together to steer the training experience to a successful conclusion.
