The program
You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree at a university or management school or equivalent. You are interested in banking or, more specifically, banking operations. Lombard Odier trains future managers and specialists in banking support services via a practical training program lasting about three years.

Lombard Odier trains future managers and specialists in banking support services via a practical training program lasting about three years.
You will work within different services for periods of about six months to assimilate the different processes and play an active role in operations. Alongside your active collaboration in the day-to-day work of the different services, you will be invited to suggest improvements to current processes. Your drive, analytical capacity and curiosity in your work will enable you to synthesize the different cogs of the operational wheel. In addition, you will organize and coordinate the various measures required to implement the pre-defined strategy in cooperation with the relevant manager.
Depending on the requirements of our Group, you may also be seconded to one of our offices outside Switzerland, allowing you to build on the experience gained on this program. The Professional Evolution Banking Services Program will introduce you to an environment of interesting and varied work where you will be able to contribute your own ideas for developing certain practices and contribute to the successful implementation of various projects.
