The training
Our Firm has a longstanding commitment to providing training for apprentices. That is why we are always looking for enthusiastic young people with a strong motivation for taking the apprenticeship path into professional life.

Areas of work
During the three-year training program you will get to work in different departments within Lombard Odier to ensure you receive a full introduction to the world of banking.
 
Mentoring
Our apprentices have the support of qualified professionals at the workplace. These mentors have several years of experience and will actively impart the knowledge needed to prepare for the Federal Competence Certificate. In addition, during the three-year training program the apprentice manager will provide assistance, advice and guidance, thus ensuring high-quality monitoring and backup. Many courses are also organized within the bank and with external providers, for example the Center for Young Professionals in Banking.
 
Recruitment process
The recruitment session runs from December to March every year. Those candidates who are shortlisted will be asked to sit written tests and attend an aptitude assessment day. Individual interviews will also be conducted at the final stage of the selection process.
